1. Hold flap by the bottom edge and angle it slightly more than a fully opened flap.
2. Insert the hinged edge of the new flap into the hinge receiver rail.
3. Centre the new flap to the opening of hatch and lower into working position.
4. Using a pair of pliers attach a new plastic clip (supplied) to the fixed part of clip on flap, making sure centre pin goes through ring end of spring from winding mechanism.
5. Attach bottom edge of flyscreen onto base. Hatch flap is now ready for use.
