DELIVERING THE PROMISE AWARD 2006

Congratulations to Mark Ryan, Operations Manager, Camec NSW for winning the 'Delivering the Promise' Award for 2006.

This is the second year that this award has been presented. In 2005 the winner was Robert Harding from Western Australia. The 'Delivering the Promise' award is designed to encourage and recognise commitment to embracing Camec and Serada's 'Delivering the Promise' purpose, “To deliver the best possible solution for our clients need”.

Mark has demonstrated this in a many ways. Beyond Mark's wholehearted dedication to his day to day duties, he has been committed and tireless in his contribution to the implementation of Navision and RMS (Retail Management System) in the NSW branch. As a consequence, and in the aftermath of the relocation of the NSW branch to Ingleburn, the creation of many new work processes/practices has been required.

Mark has not only been instrumental in designing these work processes, systems and procedures, but has also demonstrated a strong bias for action by ensuring that they are put into practise. Many of these systems will be replicated in other parts of Camec's business as it rolls out Navision. Mark has become an expert in this field and is a patient and willing trainer. He has provided council, advice and guidance for many of Camec's employees, not only in NSW but also in the Queensland and Victorian branches, assisting with their understanding and implementation of RMS.

Mark is a highly regarded employee who has contributed much to the growth and development of Camec. This has been recognised by both management and his work colleagues.

Mark will be officially presented with the 'Delivering the Promise' award early in the New Year.

Congratulations Mark for 'Delivering the Promise' in 2006.
