It’s recently come to Camec’s attention that a small number of breakaway units (part number 040119) from the December 2018 batch, contained an incorrect label that referenced wiring colours, not present on the unit. For this reason, it is not possible to wire up the unit, as per the incorrect label. All breakaway units come with installation instructions, which show the correct way to wire up the unit and make reference to the correct wiring colours. If you bought a new caravan or breakaway unit during or after December 2018, please check to see if you have the correct label. If you have the incorrect label (or any questions about this), please contact Camec and a new label will be sent to you free of charge. Download document
